Pope Calls For Muslim Leaders To Condemn Terrorism

I read an article Monday that reported the Pope as calling on political, religious and academic Muslim leaders to "clearly" speak out in condemnation of those who kill in the name of Islam. Has anyone seen any reports that those leaders have proactively embraced this wisely suggested opportunity to rebalance the disastrous PR they routinely produce?

the pope did condemn violence perpetrated by all sides in NI - let's not forget the protestant paramilitaries were just as bad as the IRA.
