Watching "I'm a celebrity" I am amazed at the amount of weight some of the celebrities have lost in the past 3 weeks.
Is it possible to lose weight just eating plain rice and beans (are they baked beans?)
and ......... is it healthy to do this?
I like both rice and beans so just wondering for an after Christmas diet ........ ;)
I'm sure they lose weight because they are more physically active to some degree,and if the diet is really that limited they are consuming less than they need. They could just eat eggs and bacon...and still lose weight.
