Easing a bit Margo.Since this morning it just felt as though it was g oing to explode and I haven't been able to concentrate on my own crosswords.

Perhaps you should have a bit of a lie-down and give your brain a rest! Or would that make it worse.

The Doc reckons it's coming from the arthritis I have in my neck so lying down wouldn't help.I sleep in a position between fat down and sitting up.

What a nightmare, I feel so sorry for you, living with that sort of pain must be horrible. Have you tried those funny 'v' shaped pillows, not sue what they are called.
