Freesat Problems

we inherited a sky dish when we moved. Bought a freesat box to get signal. 4 years on and we still get good signal BUT quite frequently we lose signal for 10-20-30 minutes and then it returns!. Anyone else get similar problems or have any answers.

When ours goes off it's generally because a storm is somewhere between the satellite and us.

We get a bit of pixilation when the wind is gale force... But besides that it stays locked on to the signal.
Do you loose all the channels or just one or two ?
Swapping channels to view in another region may help.
