has anyone heard what the outcome was for the couple fined £100 for writing a bad review about this hotel in blackpool ?

Yes they got their money back and the hotel said it would now change its policy on fining people for leaving bad reviews.

What the daft people that run this Hotel have now achieved is that everybody on earth now knows what a awful place it is, rather than the unfortunate few that have had the dubious privilege of staying there.
