I don't think that you'll find a site exactly like the one you're looking for. Within many industries there are very large differences between individual companies and across different regions.
For example, I used to work for one of the train operating companies. Within the firm I worked for, someone would have to reach a management postion, with considerable responsibilities and 30 workers in their team, to reach the same pay level that some companies, in other parts of the country were paying their train cleaners.
Around here, in East Anglia, most jobs (across a wide variety of occupations) which are advertised in local newspapers are paying around �5.50 to �6.50 per hour. The same jobs in, say, Brighton pay about �6.50 to �8.00 per hour. (I've also seen warehouse jobs around Heathrow paying between �8.50 and �12.50 per hour. Around here, �6.50 per hour is about the highest you'd get).
