Whenever I get tired my left eye and left nostril run constantly and I have a pain at the top of my nose below the eye, does anyone know what could be causing this

Sqad

The commonest cause of this would be a type of neuralgia similar to cluster headaches or migraine, which often comes on during periods of stress, strain or tiredness.

Unusual causes my be blockage within the sinuses......
