Had a look, it doesn't make sense. It is either 'The Wrong Man's' i.e. a singular masculine possessive of something or other or 'The Wrong Men's' plural ditto. Indicative of the loss of communicative language?
Regarding the apparently awkward title, Corden explained that the extra and ungrammatical "s" was deliberately placed "to let you know it's a comedy show. If it was a drama, it'd be called The Wrong Man.
Because the Wrone Men would not fit in crossword clues ;) I jest of course, I never heard of it until it kept appearing in crosswords over the past few weeks, a weird title to be sure
