Web Site To Direct A Query On Apple Ipad 2

Got a query to direct to apple but dont want to get sucked into a pay for support situation. Just want to let them know the problem as I know other people have had the same since the Operating System Update two months ago.

I'll expand and I know there are plenty of you who have experienced the same problem...Google search for example. Type in one letter in Google search box the screen moves to top of screen. A real bummer. You have to redirect your curser to top of the page then continue your search text....Elp

(You might find that you're directed to a forum, rather than directly to anyone at Apple, but there are usually Apple people who look in on those forums).
