i am using windows 7with internet explorer (thats the limit of my knowledge) i have not deleted any cookies. i tried system restore and set up a restore date of may 1st 2014.but every time i try to restore it always says your system has been restored but the date is always the current date i tried to restore it to. i tried yesterday, put in may 1st,it says restore point created, press system restore and then 30 mins. later it says system restored to dec21 2014.

It's not going to be easy getting them back using Internet Explorer, and seeing as they are gone I'd install Firefox which will make them easier to access in future.
Anyway if by 'a list' you mean you have them saved in another file that you should be able to copy paste from: What program do you have your login list saved in? What actually happens when you try to copy and paste?
