I posted the above question yesterday. Today, I find it is still a VERY sticky mess. It in NO way resembles anything I can cut into slices. Shame, because tastes delicious!
I've looked at other Panforte recipes, and they all have flour in them; and I'm sure that's the problem. I wanted to give a couple of pieces to each of my friends - so disappointed:-(
