2 Answers
im looking for work experience and can't find anything! i've tried loads of places and as a last (but not least!) resort, i though about doing it at a photographers or some sort of model casting place/fashion/catwalk/the city's whitney kind of job?!
anyone know any top photographers in edinburgh and the lothians i can try or the model/fashion thing?
thanks
oh, and any other ideas for work experience would be great!
i really want to do something medical, or something like this or in a shop or something or maybe in design..?
thanks!

Ae you needing work experience as part of a school or college course, if so I would have thought they might help? I was going to suggest you ask in your GP surgery if you could go and observe but unless you are part of a course, that might be difficult - I don't know about Scotland but certainly in England any medical place would want to know all about you and have certain assurances before they'd let you work there, and colleges etc usually provide that assurance. Why don't you look in the yellow pages and ring up a few places you like the sound of, and ask if they have placements? It also might depend how old you are as to whether they will consider doing that.
