Thick snow here,been snowing since 6pm about 3 inches now,trip to the shops tomorrow not looking good.Should have put snow tyres on. (Live in a small Lincolnshire hamlet reached by a mile long hill)Oh joy

Thanks for your replies folks. No snow here in the our part of the east anglia but plenty of rain fell and caused some local flooding!! Blooming cold with a strong wind too, apparently.

I won't be getting out of my pit in a hurry tomorrow.

Safe journeys if you have to be out in it.

NW Leicestershire about 2 inches and settled....The garden looks a bit like Narnia :o)

Just had a quick look out and it's now stopped,looks to be about 4 inches deep.With a bit of luck it will rain during the night and wash it all away by morning.

Midnight - Deep snow here Leics/Rutland - been snowing all evening massive flakes - lighter now but still snowing, have taken some pics.
Reminds me of Christmas Day 2009 - it was only raining at midnight Christmas Eve then we woke up to a magical white Christmas Day! and very deep snow too ...

No snow yet, it's been forecast - like cupotee2 I hate it, I have my bucket of Salt - weighs a ton to prevent me slipping in the snow.
