Skype Can't Connect

I've installed Skype successfully. when I wanna use, it says "Skype can't connect". what shall I do?

Have you tried the Skype call test? What happens? When are you getting this message? Is it when you are trying to Skype a friend ?

Say thank you to skype for this problem!!
If you do not have the latest version of skype they will not allow you to connect. If you do not have the latest version of Windows, Mac OS x or Linux the new version of skype will not work.
They do not care, they only want money, the only way to reconnect via skype is to buy the latest version of the appropriate Operating system.
We all need to move on to another provider for this type of communication system!!
