No decent viewing all weekend. Open All Hours has run it's course, David Jason is flogging a dead horse now. Didn't he do something about a submarine that was a bit of a turkey too?

I agree. All things should be allowed to die their natural death. To resurrect the dead is never a good idea. I liked OAH in it's day. It was a simple gentle humour but now, well.. it's embarrassing and David Jason is capable of SOOOO much better.

I agree. Granville was not the skinflint that Arkwright was, so portraying him as one goes against the original concept. A mistake methinks.
