The Casebook is obviously a good place to start.
The Reader's Guide to TSEliot by George Williamson has been indispensible for students and critics alike since 1955!
Check out Exploring the Wasteland by R Parker http://world.std.com/~raparker/exploring/thewasteland/table/explore6.html very useful indeed.
Try the Cambridge Companion, ed. by David Moody, as that's pretty good as well.
