from an acquaintance that visits me now and again. I sent her a message to thank her. The thing is I have a set of new towels in the cupboard that are unopened and would much prefer to swop this item for something else, she has put a gift return receipt in the bag. It is from M and S.
She spends a lot of the time out of the country, how would ask if she minds with out upsetting her ?

I took it back and they have given me a voucher for £10. The lady at the desk said 'what an odd present to give' Not sure what she meant and did not ask ?
