Hello...
Not a major concern but if I could change search settings for people
only in England as to the whole world, how would I do it....?

As far as I'm aware, you can't narrow it down to country - only to towns and cities, etc.
When you search for a person and press the search button, it'll come up with a list of names that match.
On the left hand side there will be a list named, "result type". Under that will be "people".
Click on that and it will give you a list of people that match, but at the top of the list, there will now be a filter, one of these will be, "location". Type the location of the person that you're looking for and select it from the drop down box that appears. You cannot search by "England", etc, only by actual cities, such as "Manchester" ... "London" .... etc.
