Password protection for Microsoft Outlook
All members of my family use on computer but only I use Outlook for business. Some of the emails I receive are confidential but if any members of my family or their friends want to read my emails they only need to press send and receive and they are there for anyone to read. Does anyone know of a way round this? Thanks

However, that may be a little bit more than you want. It also requires anyone that wants to send you private encrypted stuff to also have GPG or a compatible product.
Something like this may do as a basic password protection system:

Not sure if you are using Outlook (the one that comes with Office), or Outlook Express, the one that comes free with Windows.
Whichever you use you should be able to protect people from logging on as you.
I use Outlook Epress at home and have set it up so that each of my family have a password protected logon for their Outlook mail.
It is not that difficult to do.
