Do We Need A Patriot Test?

Not some catch-all that future governments could subvert for their own purposes, but a single-issue question right now :


1. Do you unreservedly condemn the actions of the Charlie Hebdo murderers?

2. Will you do everything possible (including informing against your own family if need be) to stop anything similar happening here?


Any answer except a pair of single word "Yes" answers (no weasel words, modifiers or explanations allowed) and you will be asked to leave ... now ... to a country of your choice where your views are acceptable.

British Citizens would have their passport revoked immediately they were 'assisted' onto the appropriate plane. All would be permanently barred from re-entry.


I thought about this when I was angry on Wednesday - but decided to let myself cool down and think before posting.

I've had a think - and actually I'm even more angry now.

This may already have been suggested but how about ....

A small lapel pin/brooch with the 'je suis Charlie' emblem .....would you be prepared to wear one for your beliefs ?

I would, and I think most people would ....patriotism showing up, would sort the wheat from the chaff fairly quickly !!
