Hi there, I have endo and have a coil, Which did help me to but i am having the some problem us your friend. There is other forms of treatment she can try. Do you know if she has been on anything else before? I must be honest in saying that most treatments work for a while but the endometerosis always comes back. She could try Acupuncture it does help with the pain. I am at the stage now where i have tried everything had op's and also had a endo cyst removed that i am just going to try for a baby. cos that does in most cases sorts out the endometerosis.
