I bought a packet of dried Mangos in Tescos yesterday to liven up the morning porridge. Across the packet it said, A good source of natural sugar. Is that all can be said for it?

I had a quick search round and can't find any info that says it is particularly nutritionally useful. Additionally the drying process makes it high in calories and sugar per gramme (same for all dried sweet fruit).
Oh Sandy, have a large whisky instead. It won't do you any good, but you won't really care ! Avoid mangos , dried or otherwise.!
why avoid mangos janbee?
i like dried mango & dried paw paw
Prunes, Sandy!
