is anyone else annoyed at the way they've completely changed her character. Up until she got cancer she was...well...a bit simple. Now she's intelligent.

come to think of it yes she has changed a bit but my auntie was 32 and she had the mental age of somebody much younger. she was diagnosed with cancer and during her last few weeks became completely normal (for want of a better word). we never questioned this at the time which i suppose we should have, could be very interesting. x

Well I am sorry to say that I find the portrayal of this character - and her husband too - extremley offensive, and for this reason plus the weak plots and pantomime acting that I try to avoid the show

They tend to do that I mean look at Billy in Eastenders, he came into it a bit of a hard man that used to Beat Jamie and Bully him. Now look at what a wuss he is.

The wife usualy watches it (and so I have to as well) and yes, her change in character is ridiculous but then again it is a pathetic soap opera :)
