My girlfriend bought me a mincer attachment for my Kenwood Chef Major. What cuts of meat would you use in it for best results? I want to mince beef,lamb and turkey mostly.

You cook a sirloin steak and people say 'oh yes that tastes great what flavor! -so why if you mince it ,add herbs and seasoning, and cook it as a burger is it all of a sudden 'dry and tasteless you need to add fat? Of course I would not mince fillet steak that is stupid -I hate steak tartare and mincing fillet would be a waste of time. No wonder people say English cannot cook! lol!
