The sad demise of a harmless British tradition, brought low by a phalanx of hairy feminists and liberal yoghurt knitters?

Or the welcome eradication of a blatantly sexist anachronism in what purports to be a family newspaper?

You might assume from my inclusion of the words 'phalanx', 'anachronism' and 'purports' in the above questions, that I am one of the aforementioned liberal yoghurt-knitter, but personally I don't have any strong feelings one way or the other about the future of Page Three...

...other than it might make room for more stories about Kim Kardashian...which I think we can all agree is a very bad thing indeed.

First page three, next the Daily Mail's sidebar, what next anything that Labour doesn't like?

Perfect proof that we will have less freedom under Labour.
I can't see any evidence that Page 3 is being done away with as a result of the campaign against it. The 'no more page 3' crowd had not been particularly vocal recently, and nobody was talking about the issue for ages.

It seems to me more likely that the Sun is about to start marketing itself differently. It's always described itself as a "family values" newspaper, something which P3 seemed a strange thing to sit beside. I imagine they're just going to start marketing themselves more in that direction.
The demise of page 3 girls is yet another victory for the do-gooders

Don't wanna see t1t5 in your newspaper?........then don't buy the Sun/Daily Star/Daily Sport

It's not rocket science

2 geezers kissing on my TV disgusts me but I don't see the do-gooders campaigning to stop it.

The last time I remember it being talked about on here it was Sp1814 that started a thread on it.
A loss of tits' rights.
they'll get a lot more advertising if they look less like a lads' mag
