Can Someone Explain To Me The Basic Of Copyright Laws With Regards To Article Writing?
I would want to hire someone to write article that I could post on my website on a regular basis. How is the process, what are the things I need to consider, laws, prohibitions, agreements, etc?
I would also want to create a simple agreement, between me and the writer about certain things, ie: no copy-pasting from other sites or anywhere, must write using their own wordings, etc. How to do so, what do I need to write in the agreement?
Also, do I need the consent of any third party (lawyer, legal counsel, notarization or whatsoever), OR could I create an agreement for just between the two of us (me and the writer), without any consent from anyone?
How to do so? Thanks.

The writer waives all right to copyright in his/her work in return for . . . whatever the agreed fee is to be. But you may consider negotiating for other rights - if the material is fiction, for instance, you may wish to include all rights, e.g., film, video, computer , translation and any other rights.
You do not need consent from anyone to draw up an agreement, but an amateur would probably not be able to word an agreement so that it ended up legally water-tight.
