yes, I did have "explain" in to start with then changed it, since surely if one has an incapacity it is, to a degree, an excuse.

Doesn't mean he is right to do it of course.

I wonder in how many more different ways John Kerry, Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande can wag their fingers at him and seriously believe it is doing any good ...
How many more "blankets" do they think Ukraine needs ....

In Russia you don't get "voted in" you just don't get "voted out" :-)
They love the smack of firm government and Crimea was a popular move until the bills started coming in.
Also, Putin is now having an awkward job hiding the bodies of his troops: 5,000 according to some estimates

Interesting that Putin has Aspergers. Apparently Stalin was bi-polar, so I suppose you have to have some form of mental disorder to dictate in Russia.

It's a "man thing". All males exhibit signs of Asperger's, autism, etcetera to a greater or lesser degree. Everyone would have a different view on the point at which it became a handicap.

Would you really credit a report by the Pentagon on an enemy ? They probably put out reports that Hitler used to wet himself. They might do anything to try to damage his reputation.
Putin may be a sociopath or just a megalomaniac, but the fact remains that the Russians love a Tsar. Russians hate to have to take personal responsibility themselves, and are only too glad when someone comes along who wants to take that reponsibility off them. It comes of a long heritage of communist state control, when anyone could be blamed, (and punished) for anything, so people preferred not to be noticed.

I see no reason to disbelieve the report but I really don't think it's of much relevance though interesting
