I Have A 1" Gap On The Right Hand Side Of My Screen
11 Answers
The task bar which is usually along the bottom left of the screen is now stacked up in the right hand side of the screen with the on/off button. Not sure how this came about, I can't drag the screen to full width or move the icons. I have a Vista IE7 or 8. I seem to remember this happening once before but can't find the solution. I've now unlocked the taskbar. Can you help....

I can't seem to be able to drag the icons it only clicks onto the programme that the pointer seems to be on at the time. All the symbols are down the right hand side of the screen where they are usually along the bottom. It seems to have happened while this update/busy whatever is going on in the background yesterday and it has started up again.

I'm not really up to speed with a lot of the strange programmes that seem to be on there and I wouldn't know which the problem one was to disable it. I'm not sure how to disable the Adobe Flash player either, I don't normally use the BBC iPlayer it would be a case of remembering to turn it on again for certain applications. The problem could quite well be what you suggest methyl, but I'm not computer literate enough to identify it. Thank you for your input.
