//How will PIP affect my Housing Benefit / Council Tax Reduction?
DLA is disregarded as income when your award of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction is calculated and this will continue with PIP. However, it is important for us to know if you receive PIP it as it will mean that we can award additional benefit in some circumstances because we are able to award additional premiums.//

Mamyalynne, thank you for all your help, I've found it a very informative.
tamborine, yes, it was very helpful.
DaisyNonna, sorry, but welcome to the minefield of benefits. These are all recognised terms in the world of welfare benefits, and don't even get me started on ESA (WRAG group) and ESA (support group) or PIP, DLA, HB, CTR, AA. The list goes on and on, believe me! However, you might like to try being a bit less abrasive in your responses, or perhaps apply for a job working for the DWP, for IDS!!!!!!!!!
