Rugby rugby and more rugby.

Sat - 3 mile walk then circuit training then a 5k run.
Sun - watching and walking along with Pooches on the Prom at 11am.Proceeds go to a local hospice.

rugby too (apparently). New TV & Sky+HD coming tomorrow. Must wash my car. it's filthy.

Going to a Kent RSPB reserve on Sunday to watch some bird ringing. We may get a bit chilly!

Toast and coffee in the morning. Surf the net for a while. Then the household chores that need doing. A little more surfing the Net, then drive to friends. Maybe a drink in the evening. Pretty much like any weekend really. Too cold for anything novel.

Entertaining old friends to a long Sunday lunch. They never travel far any more so it may be the last time we see them. Apart from that, more packing, cleaning and sorting before move. All to a 'Rugby' accompaniment on Sat.!
