Saturday. Heavy frost again this morning. I'm going to have to do some scraping as I have to be away at about 8. In the Heritage Centre this morning. Got to pick up my mate first, half an hour's drive away and a bit of shoplifting first.

sister - not able to look after herself. now refusing to leave living room at all. refuses to have bed brought in so sits in chair. has all faculties but refuses to do anything except sit. I really mean refuses. has not left her house for past five years and now refuses to leave room. carers twice a day and all food and drink taken to her. don't know what is next.
