I would like to know which one is better: fresh milk (sold in plastic cans) or condensed milk (sold in tins) ?
I am slim and not worried about getting fat .
Thank you very much.

In the UK, condensed milk is properly called 'sweetened condensed milk'. Here, half the water is evaporated and sugars or syrups are added to make up the bulk and act as a preservative. Found under the Nestle label, foe example.
In the US, the term 'condensed milk' is often used to describe 'evaporated milk' which adds to the confusion.
In all cases, fresh milk is better for you.

If you want something different to use sweetened condensed milk for try this:
Irish Cream Liqueur
1 x 300ml Can sweetened condensed milk
250 to 375ml Irish Whiskey (1/2 bottle of Paddy will do nicely!)
1 x 250ml (5oz) carton single cream
3 size 3 eggs
15ml (1 tablespoon) chocolate syrup (cake making kind)
2ml (1/2 teaspoon) coconut extract (a good scrape of Sharwood's block creamed coconut as used in oriental cookery works fine)
These last two items are important - they are the ingredient X which creates a well-known flavour!
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or goblet of a powerful blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into a bottle and refrigerate. Shake well before pouring and drink within four days.
You may recognise the flavour when you drink it and it is cheaper than the commercial version.....
