Back From Hospital.

Collapsed Thursday night with septicemia and double pneumonia.
Found myself in hospital, just got out. Looked pretty dodgy for a while but excellent work by Addenbrooke's pulled me through .
Will let you know how I get on.

Eddie, you are an educated man and I understand your concern about Asbestosis......And mesothelioma.
The "boys" at Addenbrookes would habe had this in mind and would have ezcluded it.

Thanks Sqad. It has always been a worry, the machinery was out of the 1920s. No modern dust protection.

Eddie you have been very lucky to recover so quickly. A neighbour of ours was taken in to hospital at the beginning of December with septicemia contracted after keyhole surgery. He then got pneumonia and ended up in intensive care,he just came out of hospital last week!

Thanks people , I should point out went in on Thursday 29th and got out on the 8th February .11 days.
