You could also send out a subspace message to the nearest space station. How many light years are you from Farpoint Station?

Interesting collection of warnings on that site. Even looking up your own reg has a tickbox to say you acknowledge the data protection implications.

In other words, you can't use the site for trivial purposes, like shop-thy-neighbour tactics.

Quite a sad reflection on the state of our society that they have to make this service available so that those involved in a knock can check the other vehicle while all parties are still at the scene.
