Tonight's feature match looks a real humdinger.

I won't be staying up, but if I get woken by senior dog around 4am (as seems to be the pattern at the moment) then I'll probably make a cuppa and settle in for the rest of the match.

My money (and indeed hopes) are with India - but they seem a bit fragile at the moment, so it could go either way.

Well that's four matches so far - all won by the side batting first scoring over 300, with the side batting second getting nowhere near.

The curators have obviously been told to prepare hard, flat roads ... which means big first innings totals, but boring matches ...

to a point dave, but at this early stage you've arguably also had three form teams winning.

Big win for the Indians though, looks like they put in a really disciplined team performance with a great anchor knock from Dhawan and Kohli. Misbah was impossibly left out there to do it on his own with just an effort of will keeping him company.
