Pomegranate Molasses

Managed to find some pomegranate molasses when shopping yesterday.
Now I can't find the recipe I wanted it for. It was a chicken casserole type. Any suggestions?

Almost certainly a chicken tagine.

It's also nice drizzled over fresh cut fruit.

All I used to do with pomegranates when I was a kid was to pick the seeds out one by one with a pin!

Cory...you just cut them in half and belt them with a wooden spoon. The seeds fall out.

Grrr, I've just realised that. I used up all my prunes in my cock a leekie this week.

Do like the look of that recipe though......with a spoon of tabbouleh on the side or beetroot salad with cumin and pomegranate molasses dressing.....
