It's quite straightforward. Probably easier for a child, but if you want to learn, you will.

I can play the accordian buttons and keys all the way through on one tune, but cant play anything else at all. That was my party piece yrs ago and family roared with laughter. haha

It's like anything you take up. If you have an aptitude for it you will find it easy it not it could be more difficult but go for it give it a go and have fun
