I don't use above as a method of paying - I just use my visa card and everything has been ok. However looking at my account online there I see an amount £28.24 has been taken by a funny looking name.

How do I contact paypal to find out what has happened. Thank you.

You could always contact this seller, Kisonaa, through clicking on any of her items for sale. At the bottom of the page you will see Business seller information. This gives an email address and also her phone number. Then you can find out just what you have paid for.

I forgot to mention, the payment taken was nothing to do with the estate agent either - he checked his accounts for us and the money had not been paid to him.
