Was supposed to run the line at a football match in the evening but it was called off due to the state of the pitch. Got to watch Anglia Water digging up our road at around 8.30 p.m. instead
Going to go for a ride on a horse, then go for a bit of a bike ride to get to an appointment. Circuit training in the evening. Washing and all the other dull stuff in between times.

It must be a newish laptop, if it's not scalding your leg - blocking the air vents, on the underside, makes them overheat. If the screen goes black and it switches itself off, don't panic. This is just the self-protection mechanism working, so you don't fry the central processor. Wait 5-10 mins and reboot.
Cats will try anything to stop you working. ;)

Don't use the Bunyan Centre (haven't been there for years), the circuit training is at the Athletics stadium (which is also run by Fusion), but the price of that is included in the running club membership (which is pretty cheap). Somewhat bizzarely they are considering introducing a car park charge, which probably means people will just use the Aspects car park over the road for free . Fusion does run their own circuit training at the same time as the Harriers session, not sure they haven't increased their prices for this as numbers have dropped for that.
