i posted a question on here last week i think, about drinking the right amount of water and how it is possible to get through so much a day. BUT for this last week iv had just one coffee every morning usually it was about three and then all through the day just drunk water. and i feel so much better i feel so healthy and hypoactive. AND iv heard it reduces cellulite so im drinking more than usual lol !!!!!!!

Its not reduced my celulite yet, but i live in hope.


That whole eight-pints-a-day thing is a bit of a misnomer. Someone on TV said once that a healthy person consumes about this much on a daily basis. That includes the water/fluid you ingest as part of what you eat. However, some people took it to mean that that's what you should consume - eight pints of water.

So if you're healthy and are at a respectable weight for your height, just take the fluids you feel you need, although of course, you should watch your intake of caffeine and alcohol and keep it a sensible level.

I drink water all day long,easily over 5 pints a day,always have done....even at work I make sure I have a bottle of water with me....and I dont have celluite either lol

I try to drink at least 8 drink of lager a night, works wonders!

i feel a lot better thanks to my lovely boyfriend he reminded me last night how much he loved me and that he would never lose me over something as stupid as a fight with his cousin. we had a couple of glasses of wine and a big cuddle awwww im so in love :o)

Cool - glad to hear it.

My target is to drink my bodyweight in Champagne every week. Spread evenly on a daily basis that easily constitues my daily intake of fluid. I don't have cellulite either because Champagne is a low-cal drink. :o)
