Morning jo, my ribs are still sore, my bum not so bad, still needing pain relief, taking the tabs 4 times daily, thanks for asking :-)

Did you see your doctor after you fell?

No i didn"t go to the doc, got to wait weeks to get an appointment, if things don't improve by next week then i will have to.

Hi sorry to have missed you this morning,and also sorry you are still so uncomfortable,if you could get your hands on a donut cushion it would make life easier at the moment for you sitting anyway.You should have made a doctor's appointment for a check over anyway and then cancelled it if you did not then require it,not worth taking risks,catch you later take care xx

Morning vakayu, i know you are right about going to the doc, but i suppose i am a wee bit stubborn, that has been mentioned before, not that i believe it mind, anyway had a better sleep last night and it feels a lot easier today maybe more pain relief later hopefully not!! catch you later x:-)
