sky plus freezing

Can someone please confirm that if I am having problems with both live TV and recorded programmes freezing that this must be something to do with the dish or cable and not the box itself. Having lots of problems!

Sounds like you may need your LMB re-aligning or replacing. If you are not under warranty then it will cost you �65 to have sky come and take a look which will cover any work / parts that need replacing.

Thank you for your quick response Kerplunk. Does it surprise you that we have an intermittent problem. We just seem to get one problem after another but still wouldn't be without it. I shall book an engineer to come out.
