Straighten back, drop shoulders, place right hand behind right buttock. Straighten legs whilst applying pressure to car seat with right hand, lifting oneself whilst remembering to duck if top of convertible is not retracted,. Smile, proffering left hand to escort who has opened car door. Smile for the cameras whilst giving a swift kick with left stiletto clad foot at poor sod who gave you a lift.

Ginger nuts are the best biscuits for dunking. Nothing else comes close.They never drop in your mug.
