Weak Nails

Hi,

Does anyone know a good product to help strengthen my nails? They've always been weak/soft and tear easily - I have changed my diet (about 9mths ago) so it is now pretty good and I take a multi-vitamin/calcium supplement too, but they have never got any better. I also take pretty good care of them, I file and buff them at least once a week.

Any tips appreciated.

Hi andrea! When I removed my acrylics, my nails were like tissue paper. I've been using Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Premium Nail Hardener ever since and it's brilliant. My nails are so hard now.

one thing that has always been advised is to eat jelly cubes.......tasty too!! not sure about the calories?? I am curious that this message was posted at 12.46 yet it is only 12.40!!

Try taking kelp that makes your hair and nails grow strong..it should work for you..you can buy it quite cheap at the health shop..

Yes I was always told to eat 1-2 jelly cubes a day - brillianr for the nails!!
