Has anybody received bad service recently from N.S.& I last month I looked up the premium bond winners list and saw that I had won four small prizes I received only two cheques I should have received four cheques.
I applied in January for the new 65 plus bond did it by email they cocked it up and returned my investment.
I have to say that I have always had good service from them.
