Two friends of ours are off colour with a heavy cold. One was supposed to have called here today but rang to say he was ill. The other said thinks he has flu - aches all over, dizzy. Must be something going round. It is cold today - today we've had the living room walls skimmed over, radiators outside so no heating in the living room, not very warm in there. Tilly get an early night hot water bottle and paracetamol might help.
