Somehow I have deleted a Word Document, any ideas how I can get it back please. ?

Have you looked in your Trash or Recycle bin?

I goggled recover deleted files

others are much more knowledgeable and may have a fave ( free ) recovery software.

and in future think regular back up of files onto a memory stick ya narty by !

There are recovery applications out there if it's not in the recycle bin.

https://www.piriform.com/recuva is worth trying.

Do not install or save anything onto the same drive that the file is supposed to be on in the meanwhile though. You may overwrite the deleted file and destroy it.
