And these words have not been spoken by some Far-Right racist bigoted fascist, these are the words of the former chairman of Commission for Racial Equality who also happens to be black, so surely there is no reason for anyone to disbelieve him, can they?

You asked:
[i]"So it is perfectly in order and within the law for you to criticise a person's brain power, but exactly opposite for anyone if they chose to criticise you for your skin colour."[i]
There is no law against criticising someone based on their race.
It's against the law to refuse goods and services to anyone based on a number of criteria (including age, by the way)
Political allegiances are not covered by the Eqaulities Act.
Neither are football allegiences or membership of WI.
You can lawfully refuse a job to someone based on them being a member of a political party, but not because they are Christian, Jewish, a woman, disabled, gay, straight, able-bodied.

You asked:
Oh so it perfectly in order for you to insult the intelligence of UKIP supporters, but what if someone was to say the same about those who belong to your protected groups?
As you well know, if someone posts a question or rather makes a statement about one of my so-called 'protected groups', I challenge the view and present my own counterpoint.
Note, I never say, "You can't say that...".
I always say, "I think you're wrong, and this is why..."
You should check back through my posts over the past few months for confirmation of this.
