Yes, quite often. The scene in TWINE in the underground nuclear weapons tunnels where Bond is gliding along on some chains followed by the bomb's fireball is all Brosnan, and if you watch, his back catches fire, which was accidental. Info from a TV interview with Chris Corbould, special effects supervisor of that film.
