It's in two days and I'm wondering what's a good gift that I can give them. I don't want to seem too clingy and all since my boyfriend and I have just started dating

You don't have to feel obliged to buy them anything, just because you're dating their Son. I would echo the sentiments of the others and say a Card. Maybe a bunch of Flowers for the Mother-In-Law. It's not a major Anniversary to celebrate.

Nothing- other than a card.
Agree with B00 at this early stage.
I third that.
Unless of course you knew them well prior to you dating their son.

PS: I've spent a lot of time with them already, had lunch and dinner several times. I think they like me cause they invited me over last Christmas and New Year but I wasn't able to come since I was out of town.

I've also thought of buying a cake since every time I visit them, I make sure to bring something for the whole family.
A cake is fine as long as you are sure one isn't already being made for the occasion.

What do you guys think? Should I give them something or a greeting through my boyfriend will be enough?
Flowers for her, wine or beer for him. The first three responders are tight ***:-)

21st is brass, so if you really feel you want to take a gift, if they have any house-plants how about a small brass mist sprayer. Cost about £10/£15 so not going over the top but looks like you have put some thought into the number of years.
be careful not to scare your BF by behaving like a fiancee.....I think flowers and a card is fine.

I don't think he'd be bothered by that because he's the type of guy who speaks often of our future lives together than I do. Although I know it's a bit too early for the relationship, I honestly find it sweet.
Card & flowers or a candle x
How about a nice photo of you and their son in an elegant silver-plated frame ? I bet they'd love it.
It's their 21st anniversary, it's not like it's their silver wedding or a big anniversary like that. I would have thought that a card from you and your boyfriend would be quite satisfactory.
